Crystal Turner is a wife, mother of four children, and native of Wichita, Ks. She received her Bachelor and Master's Degree from Langston University. She is a local author of the book, "Your Black is Beautiful". She has been teaching for over twenty years and serves her community as an advocate for academic equality.
