Paul Eicher

Paul Eicher is a teacher and student affairs professional with 15 years of experience working with at-risk and low income students in education. Mr. Eicher is currently a reading intervention teacher with Tulsa Public Schools. Mr. Eicher has a professional background working in higher education including experience working at Tulsa Community College, OU-Tulsa, Rogers State University, and Fort Hays State University. As a student affairs professional, Mr. Eicher has helped to developing peer and near-peer mentoring programs designed to improve educational outcomes for minority students. Mr. Eicher is a first-generation college student; he holds a bachelors degree in African & African American Studies and a masters degree in Human Relations, both from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, Mr. Eicher holds an Education Specialist, Education Leadership & Innovation degree from Fort Hays State University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education, Educational Policy & Organizational Design degree from Mississippi State University.
